Q : The time on T&A sometimes slower.
Ans : several minutes slower one week, maybe clock crystal broke.
Q : T&A broke off; clock shows wrong time after reboot.
Ans : MCU maybe broken, please send back for repair .
Q : time is”00:00”after few minutes reboot, why?
Ans : battery in clock may be broken, please send back for repair.
Q : If user find the time of several equipment are inaccurate.how to deal with?
Ans : As the environment deviation ,it may cause the above-mentioned situations ,we can synchronous through software .you can do like this : In the time terminal machine manage choose all the terminal machine ,then press the button “synchronous time” ,we suggest do a synchronous time twice a month .
