Q : Some user's fingerprint often can't be verified to access , how to solve such problem?
Ans : the following situations can result in checking staff attendance failure: fingerprint was rubbed down; much crinkle on finger and often varies; serious desquamate of fingers; if users’ fingerprint are not able to be verified, please delete it and enroll again or another finger enrollment instead. You’d better select fine fingerprint (less crinkle, no desquamation, clear image) when enroll fingerprint, make your finger touch sensor nub with larger area, a comparable test should be made after enrollment, we suggest enroll several fingerprints for backup. By the way our fingerprint T&A supplies 1:1 comparable method and password attendance function to check staff’ attendance.
Q : Why there shows other’s ID when press own finger on the sensor?
Ans : The fingerprint False accept rate is less than 0.00001%.so there is even no that kind of situation .If this happen, it is because the fingerprint features is less collected or low quality,We should delete the fingerprint and register another clear one.
Q : sensor light is not luminescent
Ans : your fingerprint is similar to another person’ that caused Time Attendance false accept, you can choose other fingers instead
Q : turn on Time Attendance, display “repress (remove) fingerprint” time after time. How to deal with?
Ans : The prosible reasons are :
1.long time used, surface of sensor nub became unclean, or scratch on it, which was mistook by senor as finger, but not been verified, so such problem occurred. Under such situation you can use adhesive to clean the dirty.
2. Connected wire of sensor nub loosed
3. Chip-on-board is broken.
