Q : After switch on the power, there is the background light but why there is no characters display?
Ans : There are two situations:
a. If there is any reflection when pressing the fingerprint, should readjust the potentiometer;
b. If there is no reflection, the there must be something wrong with single chip. .
Q : LCD can’t fully display after switch on, sometimes strip occurred on screen, how to solve?
Ans : Maybe the main board is broken; or the internal characteristic problem on LCD, you need contact to supplier and return products to be repaired.
