Bamboo fiber is natural antibacterial and bacteriostatic, fine hygroscopic and permeable, smooth and soft, as well as ultraviolet-proof. They can be spun purely or blended together with cotton, hemp, thin silk, woolens, Tencel, Modal, polyester, spandex etc. Its downstream products can be applied for bedding articles, bathroom fittings, nonwoven cloth, medicinal materials (bandage, mask, surgical clothes, nurses wears), underwear, socks, clothes, decorating articles etc

Bamboo fiber has particular and functions of anti-bacteria, bacteriostasis and deodorization. It is validated by Japan Textile Inspection Association that, even after fifty times of washing, bamboo fiber fabric still possesses excellent function of anti-bacteria, bacteriostasis.

Bamboo fiber was 100% made from bamboo through high-tech process. In addition, bamboo fiber is biode -gradable textile material. As a natural cellulose fiber, it can be completely biodegraded in soil by microorg -anism and sunshine. The decomposition process doesn't cause any pollution to the environment.

Bamboo fiber boasts advantages of breathability and coolness. According to authoritative testing figures, apparels made from bamboo fibers are 1-2 degrees lower than normal apparels in hot summer. Apparel made from bamboo fiber is crowned as Air Conditioning Dress.

Bamboo fiber manufacturing process:

1) Our bamboo fiber is a kind of regenerated cellulose fiber, made from the natural bamboo by high technology production process. The high technology production process is combined our patented technology with Polymer-orientation technology and enzyme biological treatment. Key patents APP. If any environmentally toxic chemicals are used in the production process. The production progress of any cellulose fibers couldn't avoid using chemical products, even Tencel and Modal, the most important thing is the end use products are safe for body and don't pollute environment.

2) The main chemical used during the processing is sodium hydroxide also known as caustic soda, the other is CS2. By the polymer-orientation technology and enzyme biological treatment, the used quantity of CS2 and caustic soda were sharply declined. Caustic soda is one of the most widely used chemicals in the world. It is used in food production, soap making, manufacturing of bio diesel, production of paper, and is used on nearly all cotton fabrics, including organic cotton, during the wet processing. Caustic soda is approved for use on textiles under the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). Although caustic soda is a strong chemical it plays no health hazard if used and disposed of properly. Bamboo fiber is produced in a hermetic container, 100% Caustic soda were recycled. 73% CS2 were recycled, 26% were recycled into H2SO4. So those chemicals don't pollute the environment. The reason why use caustic soda and CS 2 in the production process were remove lignin, pentosan, bamboo powder and pectin, neither impact the forming of alpha-cellulose, nor change bamboo's natural characters.

3) Bamboo cellulose dissolution and regeneration process is conducted in close loop. Solvent used and its by-products are recycled through the recovery and enrichment combustion. During the production process, the water is treated by physico-chemical and biochemical processing. Solid material is separated and used as fertilizer and industrial additives and water after treatment is recycled.

1) Our bamboo fiber is only produced by ORGANIC bamboo forest, which does not use any harmful chemical material during growth. Please kindly check enclosed file for our ORGANIC CERTIFICATE (OCIA for international standard, NOP for USA standard)

2) Also our bamboo raw material pass the international forest certificate, please check enclosed file for FSC certificate.

HARMFUL RESIDUE CONTROL

We also have strict control of the residue of the harmful metals and chemicals in our bamboo fiber, we are honored to pass the OEKO-TEST 100 CLASS I standard, which means the material is safe and healthy even for baby use, please check enclosed file for OEKO-TEX 100 CLASS I certificate and test report.

Concerning about anti-bacterial issue

Bamboo contains THC of hemp which can prohibit growth of bacterial. This material still exists after the processing. Bamboo fiber has anti-bacterial function in the natural environment. Please kindly check enclosed file for the ANTIBACTERIAL TEST REPORT

Concerning about biodegradable issue

Our bamboo fiber can be biodegraded into CO2 and H 20 in soil by microorganism and sunshine; it comes from nature and returns to nature in the end. All the cellulose fiber is biogradable, as bamboo fiber is one kind of cellulose fiber, it also contain the characteristic.
