Bamboo natural original fibers

Original bamboo fiber is also called as natural bamboo fiber. it is the second development collection after the bamboo viscose fiber and origin bamboo fibers are more eco-friendly and healthy. Original bamboo fiber is the natural fiber and belongs to bast fiber.

Original bamboo fiber is directly obtained from natural bamboo by using physical and mechanical process . The feeling and functional property of original bamboo fiber is similar to ramie, hemp, flax fiber etc, but anti-bacterial, deodorant and anti-UV properties from original bamboo fiber are stronger than them. The production flow of natural original bamboo fiber: Natural raw bamboo → Original Bamboo Fiber 80mm-120mm bamboo strip → steaming of bamboo strip → crushing and decomposing → biological enzyme degumming → fiber carding →natural original bamboo fiber.

The origin fiber length is about 90mm, it can be also cut as 38-40mm for cotton type spinning system or other length according to different purpose. Original bamboo fiber’s superfine fineness is average NM1686 (around 6dtex) due to its production flow and method at this stage.

Original bamboo fiber is a kind of really natural, green, healthy, eco-friendly type fiber due to be directly picked up from natural bamboo, using physical and mechanical method to make pure natural bamboo fiber without any chemical additive.

The appearance and functional property of original bamboo fiber is similar with ramie fiber or bast fiber and leaf fiber, but original bamboo fiber is finer and thinner than ramie fiber,and the anti-bacterial, germicidal, deodorant and anti-UV effect of original bamboo fiber is stronger than ones of ramie fiber.
